Last updated: 11 June 2026
The data controller of this website and the personal data described below is PMB Solutions s. r. o., Company ID (IČO) 57634831 ("we", "us" or "PMB Solutions"). We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Slovak data-protection law.
This page explains what data we collect, for what purpose, for how long we keep it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
Who we are
PMB Solutions s. r. o., Company ID (IČO) 57634831, is a Slovak agency that organises destination weddings abroad and arranges related transport for newlyweds and guests.
For any data-protection questions, contact us at info@pmbsolutions.cz.
What personal data we process
Contact-form data: full name, email address, phone number (if provided), dream destination, approximate date, number of guests, the services you selected and the content of your message.
Technical and analytics data: if you give us cookie consent, we collect anonymised traffic data via Google Analytics (e.g. pages visited, time on site, device type and approximate location).
Purpose and legal basis
We process contact-form data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a tailored proposal and, where applicable, conclude and perform a service contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We process analytics cookies only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time — see "Cookies and analytics" below.
Once a contract is concluded, we may also process data to fulfil legal obligations, e.g. accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Cookies and analytics
On your first visit we ask for your consent to analytics cookies via the banner at the bottom of the page.
If you accept, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to measure traffic and improve the site. If you do not accept, analytics cookies are not stored.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies in your browser — the banner will appear again on your next visit.
How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is kept only for as long as needed to handle your request, and for no more than 24 months from the last contact, unless a contract is concluded.
If a contract is concluded, we keep data for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards for as long as required by law (e.g. accounting and tax records, generally 10 years).
Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics according to its configured retention period (14 months by default).
Who we share your data with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use Web3Forms to deliver contact-form submissions to our email inbox.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) for website analytics.
When organising a wedding abroad, we may share necessary details (e.g. name, contact, date) with vetted local suppliers — venues, transport providers, accommodation — solely to deliver the services covered by your contract.
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some of the providers above (e.g. Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to object to processing.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You can exercise these rights by emailing info@pmbsolutions.cz.
If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
